We are looking for a AI Software Engineer based in our IHQ in Schengen, Luxembourg.


WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.
Translate complex business challenges into scalable machine learning and AI systems.
Take ownership of AI initiatives end-to-end — from data exploration and prototyping to production deployment and continuous optimization.
Develop intelligent systems for prediction, pattern detection, personalization, automation, and knowledge augmentation.
Architect and maintain data pipelines and model lifecycle workflows in a cloud environment.
Integrate AI services into existing backend systems and customer-facing applications.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure practical and usable outcomes.
Contribute to long-term AI architecture and technology decisions.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in AI, LLMs, and data science and apply them pragmatically.
Drive execution with a strong “getting things done” mindset.


WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or advanced software engineering with strong AI exposure.
Strong programming skills (Python / C# / .NET is a strong plus).
Experience building and deploying production-grade ML or AI systems.
Practical knowledge of modern AI approaches (e.g., LLM integration, embeddings, predictive modeling, recommendation logic, anomaly detection, or similar domains).
Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs, and system integration.
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership.
Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset.
Fluent in English (written and oral).

BONUS SKILLS

Experience with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio).
Experience with vector databases or semantic search architectures.
Experience building personalization or optimization systems.
Exposure to frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) is a plus.
